Refund and Return Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Conditions for Return
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@trendpharm.net within 48 hours after you receive the product
- Product must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
Handling & Storage Compliance
Returned products must comply with:
- Proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity)
- Supply chain integrity requirements
Non-compliant returns will be rejected.
Resolution
Approved cases may result in:
- Product replacement
- Refund (if replacement unavailable), in line with Egyptian regulations
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
